Group Visit Request Form

Wake Forest University offers group visits for 10 or more prospective students and their chaperones in a limited capacity. Group visits are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at either 9 A.M. or 1 P.M. Special Group Visits are for High School Groups and Community-based Organizations student groups only. Students should be in grades 9-12.

This request form is intended for groups of 10 or more prospective students as organized by a school counselor, community-based organization, or travel agent. As a smaller group, we recommend you register each student individually for a Campus Visit.

Group Visits are intended for high school students (Grades 9-12). For students in elementary and middle grades, we offer self-guided walking tours of campus.
